Basis of Hourly Rates

Hirers are charged from their time of entry to the hall to the time it is vacated. You must ensure that you allow sufficient time for setup as well as for clearing up and cleaning afterwards.

Kitchen Facilities

Included in the hire charge of the Main Hall is the use of the kitchen for tea and coffee making.  This also includes the use of crockery and cutlery, however any consumables, eg, tea, coffee, sugar and milk will need to be provided by the Hirer.

Should the Hirer wish to use the full kitchen facilities (please see rooms), there is a charge of £15.00.

Any equipment used by the Hirer, including crockery and cutlery, must be left in a clean and orderly manner and any breakages must be reported to the village hall committee. 

Payment of Hire Charges

For ad hoc bookings, once the booking has been confirmed, an invoice will be sent to the Hirer for settlement.  This invoice must be paid in full prior to the date of hire.

For Regular Users, an invoice will be issued for the use of the hall and settlement will need to be made 21 days from the invoice date.
